Sustainable gastronomy in practice? Our Café Kampus offers not only choice coffees and great snacks, but also strives to operate as sustainably as possible — be it composting, using gentle cleaning products, reducing food waste or a varied range of vegetarian and vegan dishes.
In any gastro enterprise, several tens of kilos of mixed waste are generated daily. Careful sorting and proper waste management saves the environment and money. The vast majority of the furniture in the cafe is second-hand or from the Circular Workshop.
The café offers a seasonal menu of local vegetables daily.
