A fusion of Prague and Leipzig psychedelic shoegaze. That's what awaits you if you visit Kampus Hybernská for a concert on March 14. The Prague band Amen Break from the collective The Last of Fuzz will invite two Leipzig bands to the stage, who will stop in Prague during their European tour. Come and see for yourself how this combination will work.
Amen Break (CZ)
is a four-piece band with a typical rock lineup: guitars, bass, vocals, drums. Nevertheless, they try not to stick to one genre and collectively develop diverse ideas. You will experience calm passages, uncompromising chaos, and epic guitar solos.
Neuköllner Speed Dating Club (DE)
Neuköllner Speed Dating Club started as a solo project based on samplers, drum machines, synthesizers, and keyboards, but now performs with an ever-changing lineup of different musicians and instruments. Drones, krautrock repetitions, and punchy electronic drums combined with motoric sampled kits create a hypnotic and psychedelic feel, mixed with a bit of dub, hip-hop, noise, and pop.
Save Bucks (DE)
Boys from the eastern part of the country, based in Leipzig, dreaming of trucks while robbing Lou Reed. It's like riding a horse on the highway. It's like driving a pickup truck without a driver's license. Come and breathe in pure country perfection.
